The 3^rd Quarter issue of Bank Director magazine published a bank performance scorecard ranking of the 150 largest publicly traded banks and thrifts based on 2010 results for profitability, capital adequacy and asset quality. Union First Market was ranked as the 43^rd best performer out the 150 banks. Union was the highest rated Virginia bank.

Specifically, Union ranked 40^th in return on assets, 47 in return on equity, 56^th in capital adequacy, 87^th in Non-performing asset rank and 34^th in net charge-offs.  Well done team!
